Earkeep

€39

once, for one device

Everything in the trial, without the 14-day edge. Buy it whenever — before you download, or on day thirteen.

  • Everything in the trial
  • Includes updates
  • Move the license between devices
  • Works offline
  • 14-day refund, no questions asked

Checkout is handled by Creem, who email your license key. Enter it in the app and the trial becomes a full license.

One license activates one device at a time; there is no team tier today. Email [email protected] if you need several seats.

Why one payment instead of a subscription

Earkeep has no server to run. Audio is captured and transcribed on your own device, and transcripts are plain files in your own folder, so there is no per-user cloud cost to recover every month. Charging a recurring fee for software that runs entirely on your hardware would be charging rent on your own machine.

The practical difference compounds: a $15/month notetaker is $540 over three years and $900 over five. Earkeep is €39, and the copy you bought keeps working whatever happens next.

Five-year cost chart: a $15 a month subscription rises in a straight line to $900, while Earkeep's line sits flat at 39 euros from the first month

Licensing across devices

A license activates one device at a time. If you get a new device, deactivate the license on the old one and activate it on the new one — there is no limit on how many times you move it. Email [email protected] if you need help moving a license, or if you've lost a key.

License validation uses an offline grace period rather than checking in on every launch, so Earkeep keeps working through normal periods without internet access. That occasional check is the only network activity the app has; see how private-by-design works.

Frequently asked questions

How does the 14-day trial work?

Download Earkeep and use it with full functionality for 14 days. No email address and no account are required to start the trial.

What is the refund policy?

Try Earkeep free for 14 days first, no email and no card required, so you can decide before you pay. If you do buy and it still doesn't work out, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I pay again for updates?

No. Your €39 includes every update to Earkeep. If a paid major upgrade ever ships, the version you already bought keeps working.

Is there a team or volume license?

Not today. Earkeep is one license per device, with no team or organisation tier. Email [email protected] if you need several seats and we'll sort something out.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Pricing is set in euros at €39. Your payment provider converts from your local currency at checkout.
